White Oak is a strong and durable hardwood. Our White Oak End Grain Butcher Block Countertops have light-colored sapwood and grayish to light brown heartwood.
End grain butcher block countertops are available in any size up to 4-1/4" thick, 42" wide and 96" long. End grain butcher block countertops feature rectangles about 1" wide and random lengths, usually between 1-1/2" and 6". The rectangles are glued together in checkerboard pattern. The strips are not perfectly aligned to the checkerboard pattern, creating an informal look that is hard to match! |
